Senior Real Estate Broker and founder of Kim Ehler Residential makes real estate fun and effective. With nearly 25 years in client service roles and 15 years in the real estate industry, Kim is an expert at matching clients to their needs and wants and she knows the markets of Chicago and its suburbs inside and out, making her uniquely able to serve clients of all types, be they luxury, investor and first-time.

From start to finish, she and her team offer clients a streamlined process that maximizes satisfaction and minimizes stress. She’s been dubbed a “life broker” because she takes care of all her clients’ needs. She has an extensive network, ranging from contractors to dog walkers, housecleaners to doctors. Outside of real estate, her passions are her son Maxwell and their dogs Gus and Sydney. She likes trying new restaurants, anything that involves sunshine, long walks and enjoys spending time with friends. Fluffy dogs and the occasional Netflix binge also rank among Ehler’s favorite things.
